Paris Hilton DUI
September 1, 2006 No Comments
Paris Hilton, the heiress to the Hilton Hotel fortune, was charged with a DUI in September, 2006. Paris Hilton had a blood alcohol level of .08, the lowest BAC level for a DUI. After being caught driving with a suspended license (multiple times), Paris was sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation.
Ms. Hilton, 26, is currently planning an appeal. Meanwhile, the Lynwood Correctional Facility that’s filled with sexy eager lesbian inmates are awaiting Paris’s arrival on June 5th, 2007.
[Update] June 12, 2007: Locked up in jail for nearly 3 days, Paris Hilton was released home and put on house arrest to serve her remaining 40 days. Although being put in a separate jail cell from the other inmates, Sheriff Lee Baca felt it neccessary to release Paris early due to “medical complications”. The early release would cut Paris’ jail time down to 23 days for good behavior, and she would serve it from home by wearing an electronic ankle bracelet. Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer, however, ruled that she would not be allowed any use of an alternative jail or electronic monitoring in lieu of jail.
Paris Hilton is now back in jail with her original sentence of 45 days, with 5 days accredited for. Sheriff Lee Baca is now underfire and being questioned for his decission. Was it favoritism? Was Paris’s medical illness that bad? Or was it looking out for the best interest of these celebrities. We still remember Mel Gibson’s DUI arrest, where Lee Baca helped by covering up the true story that night of Mel Gibson’s anti-semitic rampage … Read Mel Gibson’s DUI story here.
[Update] June 26, 2007: Paris Hilton was released from jail on June 25, 2007 at midnight (which actually makes it June 26, 2007). Released early after 23 days in jail for being on good behavior, Paris Hilton was once again swarmed by the media and blood thirsty poparrazi’s trying to get that one great money shot of Paris Hilton leaving jail. Her parents parked in their car waiting for Paris Hilton, as she walks through the crowd with her head held high smiling and even hi-fiving a couple of people. Paris Hilton embraces her tear filled mom with a hug, hops in the car, and takes off. A couple of pop heads can be seen chasing down their car still trying to get some last photo shots.
