Nick Nolte was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in september of 2002 while swerving onto oncoming highway lanes in Malibu, CA. Later tests determined that Nolte had a depressant drug in his system called GHB, otherwise known as the date rape drug. Nick Nolte’s response to the drug…”I’ve been taking it for four years and I’ve never been raped”. LOL, classic!
On December of 2002, Nick Nolte pleaded no contest to the charges against him and was given three (3) years probation, and ordered to a alcohol and drug counceling program.
I would like to note that Nick Nolte is one of the most remarkable actors of our time, winning multiple movie awards, and making memorable life time achievements that still inspires many people today.
