Mischa Barton DUI

In December of 2007, Mischa Barton, the former star of The OC series, was arrested on suspicion of a DUI, possession of a controlled substance and Marijuana. At the time of her arrest, Mischa Barton was also driving without a valid license.

Officers in West Hollywood noticed that Mischa Barton was “straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn”.

Mischa Barton has been charged with four misdemeanor counts:

1. Driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol

2. Possession of Marijuana (I thought this would fall under drugs, guess not…)

3. Driving with blood alcohol levels exceeding the legal limit.

4. Driving without a valid California driver’s license.
