Mickey Rourke DUI

Mickey Rourke, the Iron Man 2 Villain, was arrested on suspicion of a DUI in Miami, FL on November of 2007, after weaving across traffic and making an illegal U-turn on his scooter. After repeated breathalizer tests with BAC level’s under the legal limit, Rourke finally showed one at 0.081%, barely exceeding the limit, and was arrested for driving under the influence. What BS!

While being pulled over, Rourke stated, “I’m not drunk…I didn’t even drink that much”.
