Michelle Rodriguez DUI

Michelle Rodriguez, known from The Fast and the Furious movies as well as the TV series LOST, was arrested for a DUI multiple times.

In November of 2003, Michelle Rodriguez was charged with a DUI and a hit and run in Los Angeles. Rodriguez pled no contest to only three (3) of the charges: drunk driving, hit and run, and driving without a license. Rodriguez spent 48 hours in jail, completed a three (3) month alcohol education program, performed community service, and placed on probation for three (3) years. (superstition alert: notice everything reflected in 3′s, along with it being in 2003!)

Then again on December 1, 2005, Michelle Rodriguez was arrested for another DUI in Hawaii along with her co-star Cynthia Watros from the TV series LOST. Rodriguez pled guity in court and paid a $500 fine, and refused the 240 hours of community service to instead spending five (5) days in jail. This is one hardcore chick!

In May of 2006, a Los Angeles judge ruled that upon her last incident in Hawaii, that she violated her probation, and thus sentenced to 60 days in jail with a 30 day alcohol rehab program, along with another 30 days of community service. However, upon entering jail, she was released the same day due to overcrowding in the jail system.

Fast forward to October of 2007, Michelle Rodriguez allegedly violated her probation to which she was sentenced to 180 days in jail. Being the hardcore girl that she is, she arrived at the Lynwood, CA Century Regional Detention Facility on December 23, 2007 to do her time. Once again due to overcrowding, Rodriguez spent 18 days and was released on January 9, 2008.

Don’t expect this to be her last…More fast, more furious to come…
