Lindsay Lohan DUI, Cocain Arrest

On May 2007, Lindsay Lohan was charged with a DUI when she crashed her 2005 Mercedes on a curb in Beverly Hills, CA. Police found what appeared to be cocain near the accident, however, Lindsay was not charged with possession of cocain since she was “not in immediate possession of the illegal drug.”

Lindsay Lohan denies ever using cocain, but admits she has dabbled with drugs in the past. Lindsay has been in and out of rehab, and with 1 year to go before her 21st birthday, she isn’t going to stop partying anytime soon.

I think we’ve learned a lot from Lindsay here. If you are driving around with cocain and get pulled over by the cops, remember to not become in immediate possesion of the drug apparently they just slap you on the wrist and let you go…

[Update] July 27, 2007: After finishing up rehab and being let back out into the hollywood world of sex, parties, paris hilton and dui’s, lindsay lohan made a promise to behave and stop her wild partying days. Aparently she lied, hehe. With less than 2 weeks after her rehabilitation, Lindsay Lohan was arrested for not only a DUI, but also posession of cocain.

Lindsay Lohan failed the field sobriety test given by police, and blew an average 0.12 BAC. Average, because I blew the same . As for her cocain posession, let me give all of you coke-heads a tip. Never walk into a police station with cocain or any illegal drug on your person. It is considered a felony, meaning you WILL do time in jail for posession and transport of a narcotic. What to do? Get rid of it, or if you’re already hand-cuffed, tell them that you have a narcotic on you. Once you enter that police station, they will search you and slap you with a felony when found. This applies for WEED too, for all you pot heads.

The story on Lindsay’s DUI & Cocain arrest:
Lindsay Lohan was reportedly in a heated debat with her former assistant at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium parking lot, after she chased her down in her SUV. A passenger in the car with the former asisstant didn’t know what was going on or even who was chasing them, so she made a call to 911.

If I had to guess, this is what I think went down: Lindsay Lohan got screwed on a cocain deal with her former assistant and her passenger friend, so Lindsay and her two boy toys also in the car chased the snitches down. With the cocain now being in Lindsay’s posession, their plan for revenge worked as they called 911 alerting police to the scene to find a boozed up, cocain transporting Lohan. I know, I have a wild imagination…

I’m sure in the following weeks, the same senario will play out just like with Paris Hilton’s DUI ordeal.
